People of the Corn

The wave of obesity and diabetes began with the advent of High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is now found in practically all processed foods. People have gotten so used to its intense sweetness that they can’t taste anything less powerful. Now you know why Johnny won’t eat his veggies.

Our microbiome has suffered. This is why most people have gastrointestinal problems, weight/metabolism and significant mood disorders. Arguably, these three pillars of disease support the whole nomenclature of ALL DISEASES. Speaking of support, they also support the crumbling structure of our Disease Care System, BIG PHARMA and BIG FOOD.

It turns out that a diet with little more than corn may lead to deficiencies in the amino acids lysine and tryptophan resulting in low levels of serotonin. This is amplified by a lack of niacin. Violence is not far away.
